The site had the following in the web page, "HexChat is an IRC client based on XChat, but unlike XChat its completely free for both Windows and Unix-like systems." I observed that the web site stated " Since XChat is open source, its perfectly legal." They also stated " For more info, please read the Shareware background. HexChat was originally called XChat-WDK which in turn was a successor of freakschat. For more info, please read the announcement. Easy to use and customizable. Cross-platform on Windows, OS X, and Unix-like OSes." The meta header had irc as the first keyword. This keyword was followed by xchat, hexchat, and client which isn't as important as irc. The other words the site uses is scriptable. perl is also included and could not be seen by search engines.
