DESCRIPTION

Lab website for the Steen lab

PARSED CONTENT

The site had the following in the web page, "Im interested in carbon, microorganisms, and aquatic ecosystems." I observed that the web site stated " Overview of the Steen Lab." They also stated " In ocean sediments as deep as a kilometer below the seafloor, populations of microorganisms manage to stay alive - and apprently to thrive. Many of thse organisms appear to be heterotrophs. And most are only very distantly related to microbes that have grown in culture. The organic carbon theyre eating is very old, and contains very few bioavailable compounds." The meta header had Jekyll as the first keyword. This keyword was followed by theme, responsive, and blog which isn't as important as Jekyll. The other words the site uses is template.
